How Much Does a Real-Time AI Sales Copilot Cost?

Somya Shekhar Jain

A real-time AI sales copilot costs between $6 and about $160 per user per month, depending on which of two markets you buy from. Enterprise conversation intelligence platforms sell on annual quotes with no published price. Self-serve copilots publish their prices and start under $10 per month.

This page maps both markets with dated sources, explains what drives the price gap, and shows how to estimate your own cost from monthly call hours. Prices were checked October 15, 2026; third-party estimates are labeled as estimates.

The two price bands

The market splits cleanly in two.

Enterprise conversation intelligence, including Gong and Clari Copilot (formerly Wingman, now sold as Salesloft Conversation Intelligence), does not publish pricing. Gong's pricing page asks you to fill out a form for a customized proposal. A third-party compilation by meetingstack, dated April 2026, estimates Clari Copilot at $120 to $160 per user per month standalone or $60 to $110 as a platform add-on, on annual contracts. Treat these as estimates, not vendor quotes.

Self-serve copilots publish prices. The same meetingstack compilation puts AI notetaker-style tools at roughly $0 to $39 per user per month. Hintro's pricing is published in full: Lite at $6, Essential at $15 and Power at $30 per month.

What the enterprise premium pays for

Enterprise platforms charge more because they bundle capabilities an individual rep does not use: org-wide recording pipelines, CRM analytics, pipeline forecasting, deal inspection and centralized administration. If your organization needs that scope, the premium buys real infrastructure.

If you need help during your own calls, most of that bundle is overhead. The honest question is whether you are buying a revenue platform or a personal copilot.

What Hintro's plans include

Boxy, Hintro's in-call copilot, runs as a private desktop overlay with live transcription and contextual suggestions. Boxy Controls are configurable prompt buttons such as What to say next, Handle objection and Ask a good question, plus custom prompts. A personal Knowledge Base with documents, quick notes and Custom Vocabulary feeds live answers, and transcription and suggestions work in English, Hindi and Hinglish. After each call you get a summary, a speaker-labeled downloadable transcript and an AI Interactions log. Hintro has processed over 1,000 hours of live calls.

Plans are metered by call hours and Knowledge Base files, checked October 15, 2026:

  • Lite, $6 per month: 3 hours of calls, 50 files, email support

  • Essential, $15 per month: 25 hours of calls, 100 files, priority support

  • Power, $30 per month: 80 hours of calls, 300 files, priority support with SLA

How to estimate your cost

Start from your calendar, not from feature lists.

  1. Count your customer-facing call hours per month. A rep on 10 calls a week at 45 minutes each uses about 30 hours.

  2. Check which tier covers those hours. At 30 hours, Hintro's Power plan at $30 covers you; at 5 hours, the $6 Lite plan does.

  3. Add procurement cost. Quote-based enterprise tools typically require an annual contract and a sales process, which is real time and money for a small team.

  4. Compare total annual cost, not the monthly sticker. An enterprise tool at an estimated $100 per user per month is roughly $1,200 per rep per year before platform fees; Hintro's Power plan is $360 per year at published prices.

FAQ

Is there a free real-time AI sales copilot?

Some AI notetakers have free tiers with limited hours. Free tiers are usually enough to test transcription quality but not to cover a full month of selling. Hintro's entry plan is $6 per month with 3 hours of calls.

Why does Gong not publish pricing?

Gong's pricing page states that pricing depends on factors specific to your team and asks you to request a customized proposal. Quote-based pricing is standard for enterprise revenue platforms sold on annual contracts.

Are the enterprise price estimates reliable?

They are third-party estimates compiled from review sites and procurement platforms, dated April 2026, and explicitly not vendor-confirmed. Use them to understand the band, then get a real quote if you are evaluating that market.

What is the cheapest way to get live in-call guidance?

A published self-serve plan. Hintro's Lite plan at $6 per month includes the live overlay, Boxy Controls, transcription in English, Hindi and Hinglish, and a personal Knowledge Base.
